摘　　要：研究了A272F型并条机牵伸倍数对棉结数量的影响。实验采用梳棉生条正向、反向喂入并条;当牵伸倍数改变时,利用aQura-N棉结测试仪测定棉结数的变化。实验表明:当棉条正向喂入时,每g棉条含有的棉结数目随后区牵伸倍数的增大而逐渐减小;当反向喂入时,其棉结数量随着后区牵伸倍数的增大先减少,后增加。The effect of drafting multiple of A272F drawing frame on the quantity of neps is studied. In the experiment, carded slivers were fed by positive and opposite directions into A272F drawing frame. The change of nep number was checked by aQura - N analysis instrument as the back zone drafting multiple changed. The experiment indicates that when cotton slivers were positively fed into the drawing frame, the quantity of neps would decrease as the back zone drafting multiple increased; when cotton slivers were fed in opposite direction, nep number decreased gradually but then increased as the back zone drafting multiple increased.
