调和平均数在进口羊毛条检验中的应用

摘　　要：根据国际毛纺织组织IWTO《羊毛条平均纤维直径和平均纤维长度的检验规则》的规定,代表整批货物的羊毛条平均纤维直径和平均纤维长度的检验结果平均值均按照调和平均数计算。从统计学观点介绍了一般平均数的基本概念,尤其对算术平均数与调和平均数以及它们之间的关系进行了叙述。认为进口羊毛条的平均纤维直径和平均纤维长度如果是同一样品的检测,无论检测次数多少,其最终检验结果的平均值均采用算术平均数计算;但对于代表整批货物的羊毛条的检验,无论其样品份数多少,其最终检验结果的平均值均采用调和平均数计算。According to ＂The testing regulation for mean fiber diameter ＆ mean fiber length of tops＂ regulated by IWTO, the mean fiber diameter or meat fiber length of the consignment of tops should be expressed as harmonic average. In the paper is introduced the basic concept of average, especially the relation between arithmetic average and harmonic average. As a result, the paper considered that the mean fiber diameter or mean fiber length of same imported tops sample should be expressed as arithmetic average no matter how many times inspected, and that of the consignment of tops should be expressed as harmonic average no matter how many samples used.
