摘 要:介绍了一种新型铝制肋板式相变蓄热器,并以萘作为蓄热材料对其蓄/放热特性进了测试。分析了热流体的入口温度与流量对蓄热器蓄/放热特性的影响,以及蓄热器放置方式对蓄热器蓄/放热效果的影响。结果表明,肋板在蓄/放热过程中发挥了重要的作用;热流体的入口温度与流量对蓄/放热速率有重要的影响;蓄热器的性能采用竖直放置比水平放置更优。A new type ribbed slab phase change regenerator of aluminum was presented, and the regeneration/release characteristics of the regenerator were measured with naphthalene as regenerative material. The influences were analyzed of the inlet temperature and flow of the hot fluid and the installation form of the regenerator on the regeneration/release characteristics of the regenerator. The result shows that the ribbed slabs play an important role in the regeneration/release process, the inlet temperature and flow of the hot fluid have an important influence on the regeneration/release rate, the performance of the regenerator in vertical installation is better than that of the regenerator in horizontal installation.
