摘　　要：本文在弧长反馈原理的基础上,创新的采用了模拟弧长反馈新技术,成功解决了稳定焊接电流和提高焊缝成形质量的难题,同时也解决了逆变保护焊机和传统保护焊机送丝机兼容难题,并经实际使用验证,效果良好。From the basis of the principle of arc-length feedback, the paper innovatively adopt simulant arc-length feedback technology, successfully solve the tough problem of stabilizing welding current and improving shape quality of welding, synchronously solve the feeder compatible problem of inverter and traditional protection welding machine. The effects prove to be excellent through actual application
