塑料车灯的注射成型优化方法研究

摘　　要：以塑料车灯为研究对象,利用正交试验法制定少量较典型的试验方案,通过CAE软件进行模拟分析后,再对分析结果进行多目标优化,得到最优的注射成型工艺参数组合,通过现场试验结果验证了该优化方法的可靠性和正确性。Taking plastic car lamp as researching object, by using orthogonal testing method, few and typical experiment pro- grammes were formulated. By analysing the flow in mold and muff-object optimizing the analysis results, the most optimal molding process combination were obtained. The results of practical test validated the reliability and correctness of the optimizing method.
