摘 要:将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粉末与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)颗粒物理共混后采用熔融挤出的方法制备成共混薄膜。通过差示扫描量热、X射线衍射、原子力显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等方法研究了PVDF/PMMA共混薄膜表面一定范围内的形态和组成。研究发现,PVDF与PMMA具有良好的相容性,两者间的相互作用阻碍了PVDF在共混体系中的结晶,并通过红外吸收光谱证明了类氢键的存在。PVDF在共混体系中可以发生明显的表面富集现象,表面自由能低的PVDF在表面相的含量大于体相。Films of binary polymer blend comprising of hydrophobic poly (vinylidene fluoride ) (PVDF) and poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) were prepared by melting-extrusion. The dependence of surface structure and composition of the films on the PMMA content in the blend was investigated by using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) ,XRD, atomic force microscope( AFM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was found that the interaction between the two polymers prevented PVDF from crystallization in the blend, the FTIR spectra of the blends with different PMMA content clearly showed the occurrence of the hydrogen bonding. The surface enrichment phenomenon occured in the blend and PVDF with lower free energy in the blend took up more surface positions.
