摘　　要：雄性动物抑制素主要是由雄性动物的睾丸支持细胞所分泌的一种糖蛋白。不同种属动物的抑制素,其分子结构极为相似。雄性动物抑制素主要是选择性地抑制FSH的分泌,并与睾酮协同作用,促进精子生成。本文从雄性动物抑制素功能、分泌途径及抑制素免疫对繁殖力的影响等方面加以阐述。The Inhibin of buck was a kind of glucoprotein, mainly secreted by sustentacular cell of testis. Inhibin in different kinds of animals has similar structure. And inhibinin male animals can selectively inhibit the secretion of FSH and conduct the cooperation with testosterone. Research progresses on the function of inhibin in buck, secretory pathway and effects on productivity by immunization of inhibin were reviewed.
