摘 要:通过分析炕结构设计变量之间的关系和它们对炕传热和烟气压降的影响程度,分别建立传统形式吊炕和结构优化设计的新型吊炕的物理、数学模型,用FLUENT软件对气固两相流的热烟气与炕体传热过程进行数值模拟研究,以炕性能指标(炕面温度性能指标和炕的保温性能指标)为评判标准,对比传统形式吊炕和其结构优化设计的新型吊炕的上、下炕面温度场分布和烟气的气流组织,得出优化设计的新型吊炕是先进的炕体形式,为吊炕采暖用户搭建高效吊炕提供理论指导。After analyzed the structure of the kang design variables and the relationship between kang-heating progress and the impact extent of gas pressure drop, the physical and mathematical model of the traditional suspended kang and optimal design of a new type of the suspended kang were established, and the hot-gas-flow and heating-process were simulated with the help of FLUENT software. Based on kang performance indicators (kang surface temperature performance and insulation performance), the surface temperature and air distribution of traditional suspended kang and the new type suspended kang were compared. Finally, a conclusion that the new type suspended kang is an advanced kang form was put forward, which will provide theoretical guidance for users who want to build highly efficient suspended kang.
