开郁清热法保护2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能的探讨

摘　　要：郁热积滞、碍脾运化是导致2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能损伤的重要因素,开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病可能为保护胰岛β细胞提供新思路。Isletβ-cell function is closely related with＂the spleen＂in traditional Chinese medicine.Depression heat obstructing spleen＇s movement and transformation is the key factor of impairedβ-cell function.Dispersing depression and clearing heat therapy may provide a new approach to the treatment of preservation ofβ-cell function.
