摘　　要：目的观察用疏肝和胃化瘀安神汤治疗胃病不寐的临床疗效。方法对86例患者采用疏肝和胃化瘀安神汤治疗,疗程4周,观察临床疗效及SPIEGEL量表积分、慢性胃病症状变化情况。结果临床痊愈9例,显效36例,有效28例,无效13例,总有效率为84.88%;治疗后SPIEGEL量表积分明显减少(P<0.01),腹胀、胃脘疼痛、嘈杂泛酸、嗳气、纳呆等慢性胃病症状均有明显改善。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of＂Shugan Hewei Huayu Anshen Decoction＂in the treatment of insomnia due to stomach disorders.Methods Eighty-six subjects were treated with＂Shugan Hewei Huayu Anshen Decoction＂for four weeks;the clinical efficacy,SPIEGEL scale and symptoms were observed. Results Nine cases were clinically cured,36 cases were evidently improved,28 cases improved,and 13 cases failed;the total effective rate was 84.88%.After treatment,SPIEGEL scale was reduced（P〈0.01） and such symptoms as abdominal distention and pain were obviously improved.Conclusion＂Shugan Hewei Huayu Anshen Decoction＂is effective for insomnia due to stomach disorders.
