加味泽泻汤贴片穴位敷贴治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎100例

摘　　要：目的观察加味泽泻汤贴片治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组100例采用加味泽泻汤贴片穴位敷贴治疗,对照组100例采用病毒唑静脉滴注治疗。两组均用药6 d,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组3天总有效率为85%,对照组为66%(P<0.01);治疗组6天总有效率为94%,对照组为77%(P<0.01)。结论加味泽泻汤贴片穴位敷贴治疗对婴幼儿病毒性肠炎有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal plaster made from＂Modified Zexie Decoction＂in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis.Methods 100 cases in treatment group were treated with this herbal plaster on acupoints,and another 100 cases in control group were given ribavirin,6 days in both groups. The clinical efficacy was observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group for 3 days was 85%,higher than 66%in the control group（P〈0.01）; the total effective rate in the treatment group for 6 days was 94%,higher than 77%in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Herbal plaster made from＂Modified Zexie Decoction＂on acupoints is effective for infantile viral enteritis.
