摘　　要：面向服务架构以其特有的优势必定会成为以后WebGIS的发展方向。在各自分析了SOA和Web Services工作原理的基础上,然后构思了基于SOA的WebGIS基本工作原理,最后根据基本原理,从层次结构、框架构建和服务开发方式三个方面构建了基于SOA的WebGIS的基本框架。Services-Oriented Architecture with its proper advantage will become the Developing Direction of WebGIS. Based on analyzing the theory of SOA and Web Services Working Principle, then the theory of WebGIS that based on SOA was put forward. At last, according to the basic principle, the WebGIS architecture based on SOA were designed from three aspects： hierarchical relations, framework construction and service implementing modes.
