摘　　要：本文介绍采用样条（ＳＰｌｉｎｅ）插值法与优化技术进行医用电子直线加速器ＰＤＤＴＭＲ表测量与计算的原理和方法。此法能有效地减少测量点，加快计算速度，提高计算精度。相应开发的计算机软件具有数据录入、插值计算、调整、打印剂量表功能，并能发现和纠正测量中的偶然误差。测量计算总效率明显提高。The paper introduces the principle and method of measuring and calculating medical electronic tiner's PDD and TRM tables using the Spline Inserting Me thod and optimiyation technology. This onethod can reduce the measuring points, speed up calculation and raise precision successfatty. the relevant computer software hare the functions, such as date inputing, inserting calcutating, optimiying, regulating, and typing doze tables. It acn also find and correct errors produced in measuring aclidentally. Efficeny of measurement and calculation are raided cbuiously.
