蓝狐GDF-8多态性及其血液生化指标的测定

摘　　要：随机选取50只蓝狐,提取基因组DNA进行聚合酶链式反应(PCR),获得GDF-8基因第3外显子序列,测得BB和AB两个基因型。然后对两种基因型蓝狐碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(TP)进行了测定。结果表明:、水平ALPTP在两基因型个体间差异不显著(P>0.05),而血清白蛋白水平差异极显著(P<0.01)。The third exon of GDF- 8 was amplified by PCR from genomic DNA of 50 arctic foxes （Alopex lagopus）.Two genotypes, BB or AB, was detected. Afterwards three blood biochemical parameters were measured in different genotypes of arctic foxes. The results showed that the differences in ALP and TP levels between two genotypes were not significant （P 〉0.05）; however, the differences in ALB between them were significant （P 〈0.01）.
