摘 要:采用正交试验设计,研究不同种植密度和叶面肥对黄芪生长的影响。结果表明,如下2种条件下,黄芪生长状况良好,表现出植株高、根较粗、产量高,其叶绿体色素含量和过氧化物酶活性也都相对较高。即:①行距25cm、株距30cm,0.3%磷酸二氢钾、0.1%硼酸处理;②行距25cm、株距40cm,0.3%磷酸二氢钾处理。The effects of Astragalus membranaceus growth in the different planting density and leaf fertilizers were researched.The orthogonal experiment design was used in arranging the field pilot area.The results showed that under the following two conditions, the plants grew well that the plant was high, the root was thicker, the output was high, and its chloroplast pigment content and the peroxide enzyme activity all higher.The two conditions were:(1)plant distance was 25cm×30cm with 0.3% KH2PO4 and 0.1% borating treatment;(2) plant distance was 25cm×40cm with 0.3% KH2PO4 treatment.
