摘　　要：欧盟标准化的负外部性已经严重影响到我国产品对欧的出口,作为中欧贸易摩擦的主体,我国相关企业必须积极主动应对。本文首先分析了欧盟标准化的外部性,然后以浙江打火机企业应对欧盟CR标准/法规为例,研究了企业应对贸易摩擦的一般策略模式。Negative externalities of EU standardization have seriously affected China＇ s exports to Europe. As the main stakeholder in Sino-EU trade friction, export-oriented enterprises in China must take initiative actions. In this context, the paper first analyzes the externalities of EU standardization, and then takes lighter enterprises in Zhejiang provinces for case study. Based on the above analyses, this paper rounds up with general counter models by which the export-oriented enterprises in China can abide to tackle the Sino-EU trade friction.
