摘 要:以双亚7号为试材,建立温度(X)1、时间(X)2、氮素添加剂(X3)和起始酸碱度(X4)与纤维强度(Y)的回归方程。结果表明,提高起始pH到9,降低温度到24℃,添加麻重0.76%的尿素,延长脱胶时间到7d,可以获得最大强度259.2N的纤维,这也提示对于耐沤型品种,缓慢脱胶过程可以避免纤维束内纤维细胞间果胶质的过度损失,获得高强度纤维。Flax variety Shuangya7 was selected as test material to set up the regression equation contained temperature (X1), time (X2), nitrogen additive (X3), the initial pH (X4) and fiber strength (Y). The results showed that it could improve the initial pH to 9, lower the temperature to 24 ℃, add urea dosage to 0.76% of flax stem weight, extend the degumming time to 7 d to obtain maximum strength 259.2 N fibers, which was also a hint for the type of ret-resistant variety and slowed retting process can avoid excessive loss of pectin among fiber cells to obtain the high-strength fibers.
