一体化急救护理新模式在严重创伤患者救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一体化急救护理新模式在严重创伤患者救治中的临床效果。方法选择我院急救中心2006年11月—2008年3月收治的严重创伤患者22例作为新模式组,对接诊的患者采用设计好的一体化急救护理新模式进行救治;将新模式开展前2003年6月—2006年10月收治的严重创伤患者25例作为对照组,排除其他基础疾病等影响因素,比较两组患者有效抢救时间和救治效果。结果实施一体化急救护理新模式后,新模式组的有效救治时间为(47±16)min,治愈5例、好转11例、未愈1例、死亡5例;对照组有效救治时间为(75±18)min,治愈1例、好转3例、未愈6例、死亡15例,两组有效救治时间和治疗效果间差别均有统计学意义(t=5.6027,u=3.3983,P<0.05)。结论一体化急救护理新模式按流程展开抢救,建立了一个"快速反应、有效救治"的体系,构建起一条环环相扣高效快捷的"救治链",缩短了患者有效救治时间,提高了救治效果。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of a new pattern of integrated emergency nursing in severe trauma patients.Methods Twenty-two severe trauma patients admitted to our emergency center from November 2006 to March 2008 were chosen as new-pattern group,receiving a designed new-pattern of integrated emergency nursing,and 25 admitted from June 2003 to October 2006 before the new pattern as control group.Effective emergency rescue time and treatment effects were compared between 2 groups.Results After enforcing the new pattern,the effective emergency rescue time was shortened by 28±2,and the achievement ratio increased by 56.7% in new-pattern group.Conclusion Rescue of new-pattern of integrated emergency nursing,performed based on flowsheet,has established a system of ＂rapid response,effective treatment＂ and an interloching and high effective remedy chain,shortened effective rescue time and improved the effectiveness.
