中药敷贴对哮喘豚鼠肺组织IL-5 mRNA和IL-10 mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药敷贴治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法:45只豚鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、对照组、治疗组,采用卵白蛋白复制豚鼠哮喘模型。治疗组诱喘后用中药敷贴30min,对照组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液浸润纱布敷贴30min,隔日1次。比较各组豚鼠诱喘潜伏期,及肺组织IL-5mRNA、IL-10mRNA表达的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后豚鼠诱喘潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),肺组织IL-5mRNA表达下调(P<0.05),IL-10mRNA表达上调(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷贴能够通过调节细胞因子IL-5mRNA、IL-10mRNA的表达以治疗哮喘。Objective：To investigate the mechanisms of external application of herbal paste in the treatment of allergic asthma. Methods： Forty-five guinea pigs were randomized into four groups： normal group, model group, control group and treatment group. The experimental asthma was duplicated by ovalbumin. Treatment group was given external application of herbal paste and control group of normal saline, once every other day ; and the other two groups were given no treatment. The latent periods of asthma and expressions of IL-5 naRNA and IL-10 mRNA were observed. Results： The latent period was extended significantly in treatment group after treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）, the expression of IL-5 mRNA was down-regulated（ P 〈0.05 ） and the expression of IL-10 mRNA was up-regulated in treatment group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Herbal paste can regulate the expressions of IL-5 mRNA and IL-10 mRNA to treat allergic asthma.
