白头翁汤口服结肠定位释药片的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:制备用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎的pH依赖型白头翁汤口服结肠定位释药片。方法:在单因素考察的基础上采用星点设计-效应面法对制剂的片心处方及制备工艺进行优选;以总生物碱体外释放度为指标,对制剂的包衣处方进行筛选。结果:制得的片剂在人工胃液中2h和人工小肠液中4h几乎不释药,而在人工结肠液中0.75h释药90%以上。结论:制备的白头翁汤口服结肠定位释药片能较好地达到结肠定位释药的目的。Objective： To prepare pH-dependent oral colon-specific delivery tablet of ＂Baitouweng Recipe ＂ （BTWR） for treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods ： On the basis of single factor test, the formulation and preparation process of compressed tablet was optimized by central composite experimental design - response surface methodology. The coating material of BTWR was screened through in vitro release study with the cumulative release amount of the total alkaloid as evaluation index. Results： The tablets did not release BTWR to artificial gastric juice in 2 hours or to artificial intestinal juice in 4 hours, while, over 90% of the total alkaloid in the tablet was released to artificial colon juice in 0.75 h. Conclusion ： The oral colon-specific delivery tablet can release BTWR specifically to colon.
