摘　　要：目的:观察白花蛇舌草总黄酮体外对HepG-2肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:以HepG-2细胞为实验细胞株,观察白花蛇舌草中的总黄酮对HepG-2肿瘤细胞形态的影响;用流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡。结果:白花蛇舌草总黄酮对HepG-2肿瘤细胞形态有影响,抑制其生长并诱导HepG-2肿瘤细胞的调亡。结论:白花蛇舌草中的总黄酮通过诱导凋亡对人肝癌细胞HepG-2有抑制增殖作用。Objectives： To observe the inhibiting effect of flavone from Oldenlandia diffusa（willd.） Roxb. on HepG-2 cell in vitro. Methods： The effect of cell growth inhibition was observed through the cell shape and apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometry. Results： The flavone from Oldenlandia diffusa（willd.）Roxb. inhibited HepG-2 cell growth and induce apoptosis. Conclusion： The flavone from Oldenlandia diffusa（willd.） Roxb. inhibit HepG-2 cell by induction of apoptosis.
