摘　　要：目的建立测定咽清颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法以反相C18色谱柱为固定相(250mm×4.60mm,5μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(12∶88)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长327nm。结果绿原酸进样量10～60μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率97.17%,RSD=1.73%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于测定咽清颗粒中绿原酸的含量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yanqing Granules. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column （250 mm×4.60 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4 % phosphoric acid solution （12∶88） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 10 μg·mL-1～60 μg·mL-1 （r = 0.999 9） with the average recovery of 97.17 % （RSD = 1.73 %, n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of chlorogenic acid in Yanqing Granules.
