调理脾胃复方对PTZ点燃大鼠PENK mRNA、PCCK mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：采用RNA膜上印迹杂交分析方法探测了大鼠PTZ点燃以及服用调理脾胃复方治疗后,海马内PENK mRNA、PCCKmRNA表达的变化。结果发现,PIZ点燃大鼠海马内PENKmRNA表达明显增加;而PCCKmRNA表达则显著减少。调理脾胃复方治疗后,海马内PENKmRNA表达减少,PCCKmRNA表达增加。提示癫痫发作及调理脾胃复方抗痫可能与海马内PENK mRNA、PCCK mRNA表达的变化有关。Northern blot analysis was used to delect the influence of FTZ kindled rats and the regulating spleen - stomach prescription treatment effect on proenkephalin(PENK)mRNA and preprocholecystokinin (PCCK) mRNA in hippocampus. The results showed that the expression of PENK mRNA were increased, but PCCK mRNA were decreased in hippocampus of PTZ kinlled rats. The expression of PENK mRNA were reduced; PCCK mRNA were increased after treated by the regulating spleen -stomach prescription. These suggested that epileptiform activity and the prescription inhibitory effect on seizure maybe related to the alteration of PENK mRNA and PCCK mRNA in hippocampus.
