龙凤洁身纯洗液抗炎止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：为了探讨龙凤洁身纯洗液的药物作用机理,对其抗炎止痒作用进行实验观察及毒理学实验。结果表明龙凤洁身纯可明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,对小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性亢进有明显抑制作用,可明显抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀;对豚鼠皮肤瘙痒有明显抑制作用,以大剂量效果为优。皮肤毒性试验显示其无明显皮肤急性吸收毒性,阴道毒性试验未见明显刺激性。由此证明本品为安全有效的妇科病用药。In order to discuss the mechanism of longfengjieshenchuti lotion, the animal experiment was taken on its antiinflammatory and antipruritic function and the toxiclogic study. The results showed that Longfengjieshenckun lotion could significantly inhibit mice s auricular edema caused by croton oil, hyperfunction of skin capillary penneablity rat s foot edema caused by carrageenan, there was obviously antipruritc function on guinea pig's skin pruritus, the big dosage was the best, skin toxicity experiment didn't show significant skin acute toxicity, vagina toxicity experment didn t show significant irritant.All these indicated that langfengjieshen chwi lotion was a kind of safe effective medicine for gynopathy
