丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法125例糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。在常规降糖、冠心病治疗的同时,治疗组加用丹红注射液。观察两组患者用药前后自觉症状、心绞痛发作、心电图,血糖等指标。结果治疗组患者自觉症状好转,其心绞痛缓解和心电图改善总有效率分别为91%和72%,优于对照组(68%和53%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液是治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛明确有效的药物。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Dan Hong Injection on diabetes combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 125 eases of diabetes combined with coronary angina pectoris were randomized into control group and treatment group. While conventional therapy of reducing glucose level and the treatment of coronary heart disease administered, Dan Hong Injection was supplemented in treatment group. The subjective symptoms, the attack of angina pectoris, ECG, blood glucose and other indexes were observed before and after medication in two groups. Results In treatment group, the subjective symptoms were relieved and the total effective rates of the release of angina pectoris and ECG improvement were 91% and 72% respectively,which was superior to those in control group（68% and 53% ） ,indicating significant difference in comparison between groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dan Hong Injection is effective definitely on diabetes combined with coronary angina pectoris.
