摘 要:以N-苯基马来酰亚胺为耐热改性单体,采用乳液聚合的方法制备了N-苯基马来酰亚胺/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯三元共聚物乳液光学全息记录材料.热分析结果表明聚合物玻璃化转变温度和初始热失重温度随着N-苯基马来酰亚胺的含量的增加而增大,甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯对玻璃化转变温度的影响则表现为先增大然后减少.聚合物材料的透光率随着N-苯基马来酰亚胺含量的增加而减小.聚合物乳液制备的全息图表明光衍射效率可达到10.7%.该研究结果解决了传统的光学全息记录材料由于含有甲苯、丁酮等有机溶剂对环境造成的污染问题.This article reported a novel terpolymer holographic material prepared by using N-phenylmaleimide as heat resistant modifier,methyl methacrylate and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate by emulsion polymerization.The influence of the composition of copolymer on the heat resistance was investigated.The results indicate that the glass transformation temperature(Tg)and thermal decomposition temperature of copolymer rise with the content of N-phenylmaleimide increasinging, and Tg first rises then decreases with the content of β- hydroxyethyl methacrylate increasing. The transparency of copolymer decreases with the content of N phenylmaleimide increasing. The optical diffracting efficiency of hologram made by copolymer emulsion reaches 10.7%. This research is helpful to avoid environment pollution of organic solvents such as toluene and 2-butanone contained in conventional optical holo graphic recording material.
