摘 要:提出一种基于三角网格索引模型的3轴实时数控铣削仿真方法,采用R*-树建立毛坯上表面网格节点索引结构,基于该结构快速查询切削区域,根据刀具扫掠体底面特征,计算切削区域网格节点的坐标Z值并更新节点坐标,基于3维图形渲染库VTK刷新显示切削环境,实现3轴数控铣削动态仿真,实验证明该方法数控仿真效率高且可达到较高仿真精度.A method of three-axis numerical control milling simulation is proposed based on the sorted triangular mesh model,which has three steps: first,the top-surface nodes of discrete triangular mesh model of rough were sorted by R*-tree index structure;second,the cutting region was fleetly obtained based on the index structure of top-surface nodes,and the new Z value of mesh nodes was calculated and updated according to the character of underside sword sweep volume;third,the cutting environment of simulation was displayed based on VTK(visualization toolkit), and the dynamic simu lation effects of three axis numerical control milling process was realized, it is proved that the simula tion process is fluency and can keep high accuracy.
