摘 要:为了确保海上稠油油田顺利投产及生产管理,避免因油稠、易出砂造成的井下和地面设备损坏从而引起生产中断,根据海上稠油油田的特点,提出了采用变频启泵投产、投产初期对油井重要参数进行动态跟踪和分析、投产后为油井确立合理的生产制度及生产过程中采取控制生产压差生产、实施出砂管理等一系列投产和生产管理方法。结合南堡35-2油田的投产和生产管理实践,证明提出的油井投产和精细化管理方法对油井顺利投产、降低油田操作费用及提高海上稠油油田的采收率很有效,值得借鉴和推广。In order to ensure the successful putting into production and production management and to avoid the production interruption caused by the damage of downhole and surface equipments due to high oil viscosity and sand production in offshore heavy oil oilfield, based on the characteristics of offshore heavy oil oilfield, this paper offers a series of putting into production and production management methods, such as using frequency conversion pump to start production, dynamic tracking and analysis of important well parameters in initial stage of putting into production, establishing rational production management system of oil well after putting into production and controlling drawdown pressure to implement the sand management in the process of production. It is approved that the methods about the oil well putting into production and fine management, provided by the paper, are very effective to successful putting into production, reducing field operating cost and enhancing recovery ratio in offshore heavy oil oilfield according to the typical case of offshore heavy oil oi/field, namely NB35-20ilfield. These methods are worth of reference and popularization.
