摘　　要：简介高精铝合金方管加工工艺、焊缝分布规律、探伤方法的选择、对比试块的制作、探伤参数的调试。对探伤结果进行剖伤验证、复探检查、金相检查、抽检破坏性取样金相检查,确定了探伤方法的可行性。Introduce a high-precision aluminum alloy square tube processing technology,seam distribution,the choice of testing method,block the production of test,the adjustment of parameters,the validation of testing results by dissection,detection again,metallographic inspection,the metallographic inspection of destructive sampling,to determine the feasibility of testing methods.
