摘 要:为了提高血管内支架的血液相容性,研究了经过预处理的血管内支架的电化学抛光工艺。讨论了抛光液配方和抛光操作条件对支架表面质量的影响,并利用光学显微镜和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了支架表面形貌及粗糙度,得到了优化的工艺参数。对抛光和未抛光的支架进行了体外溶血和凝血实验,结果表明经过优化工艺抛光后,支架的血液相容性符合临床应用的要求。In order to improve hemocompatibility of endovascular stent, the electrochemical polishing technique of endovascular stent with pretreatment was investigated. The effects of formula of polishing solution and polishing operation conditions on surface quality of stent was discussed. The surface morphology and roughness of stent was analyzed using optical microscope and atomic force microscope (AFM ). The optimum technique parameters were obtained. In vitro hemolysis and coagulation of stents with and without polishing were carried out, the results demonstrate that hemocompatibility of the stent treated with optimum technique parameters meets the requirement of clinical application.
