摘  要:以硝酸-过氧化氢为消解剂,在密闭高压条件下消解巴戟天样品,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了样品溶液中有害元素。在经优化的分析条件下测得铜、锌、砷、镉、铅元素的检出限(3s/k)在0.02~0.12μg·L^(-1)之间。应用所提出方法测定了这一中草药中上述5项有害元素,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.7%~5.5%之间,用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在96.1%~103.7%之间。Sample of Morinda officinalis how was digested under pressure in a tightly capped vessel with a mixture of HNO2 and H2O2, and contents of harmful elements (Cu, Zn, As, CA and Pb) in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. Under the optimized conditions, values of detection limit (3s/k) found for the elements mentioned above were in the range of 0. 02-0. 12μg · L^-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of substantial sample of the traditional Chinese herb, and test for recovery was made by standard addition method using the sample as matrix Value of RSD's (n=5) and recovery found for these S elements were in the range of 1.7%-5.5% and 96.1%-103. 7% respectively.
