摘 要:针对淮南矿区深部矿井丁集煤矿煤的突然压出区域瓦斯地质特征,分析了综掘面煤的突然压出摩擦滑动失稳力学机制,并研究得出了其预测敏感指标钻屑量S及孔深系数S′、钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q及衰减系数Cq的临界值:S0=6.0kg/m;S0′=0.9kg/m/m;q0=2.5L/min和当2.5≤q0﹤5L/min,Cq=0.65。创新性地提出了采用S′预测以地应力为主导作用的低指标突出,并可提高预测准确率,在试验区近3000m巷道掘进过程中,预测不突出危险率87%,不突出准确率100%,其研究成果对类似矿井异常瓦斯动力灾害治理具有重要借鉴作用。According to the gas geological features of the sudden extrusion region of deep mine in Dingji coal mine of Huainan mining area,the frictional sliding instability mechanism of sudden extrusion in fully mechanized driving face (FMDF) is analyzed. The critical values including sensitive index drilling bits S,hole depth coefficient S ,drilling gas inrush initial velocity q and attenuation coefficients Cq are obtained. They are S0=6.0 kg/m,S0 =0.9kg/m/m,q0=2.5 L/min,2.5≤q0﹤5 and Cq=0.65,respectively. The hole depth coefficient S' is put forward to forecast the low-index outbursting induced by the ground stress at the fwst time, and the forecasting accuracy rate is improved. The results show that the forecasting non-outbursting risk rate is 87%, and the forecasting non-outhursting accuracy rate is 100% during a 3000 m-tunnel driving in the test area. The research achievements can provide beneficial references for other similar mines to control abnormal dynamic disasters due to coal methane.
