摘  要:渗铝钢的焊接一直是国内外尚未解决的难题,阻碍着渗铝钢的推广使用。详细分析了碳钢渗铝后焊接存在的问题,提出了新的渗铝钢管焊接方法,使其焊缝区的性能基本上与渗铝钢母材性能相当。当钢管壁厚∧12mm时,宜采用钎焊法焊接;当钢管壁厚≥12mm时,宜采用堆焊法焊接。Welding of the aluminized steed has been so far a hard nut to crash both at home and abroad,which has been hindering spreading the use thereof. Made in the paper is an in-deep analysis of the problems related to welding of the carbon steel as aluminized,based on which a new welding method is proposed to ensure that the seam performance is almost equal to that of the base metal,i.e.,the aluminized steel. In case of W.T. ∧12 mm,it is better to adopt the braze welding process,while in case of W.T. ≥12 mm,the overlay welding process is preferred.
