根际微生物BZ-1的分离及其抗菌促生特性

摘　　要：从盐地碱蓬的根际土壤中分离到了1株芽孢杆菌,对其抗菌和促生特性进行了研究。结果表明:该菌对镰刀菌、紫青霉菌、白色念珠菌等植物病原菌都有拮抗作用。其发酵液,对绿豆幼苗生根和白菜的生长都有很好的促进作用。A rhizosphere strain was isolated from the root range soil of Suaeda salsa,and its antibacterial and growth-promoting property was studied.The results showed that strain BZ-1 had a good antibacterial function on pathogenic bacteria,such as Fusarium solani,Penicillium purpurogenum,Candida albicans,and its fermented liquor showed great growth promoting effect on green bean and Chinese cabbage.
