摘  要:本文针对近年来严重危害黑龙江省西瓜生产的西瓜枯萎病菌进行研究,采用浸种接种法,对采自黑龙江省不同地区西瓜田的15个西瓜枯萎病菌的11个分离物,进行了形态特征比较、西瓜枯萎病菌专化型鉴定和生理小种分化鉴定。结果表明,危害黑龙江省西瓜枯萎病菌的生理小种为1号小种。并用鉴定的黑龙江省西瓜枯萎病的原菌株对12份西瓜材料进行了抗病鉴定,结果表明,中抗材料1份,高抗材料2份,高感材料2份,轻抗材料7份。其中甜妞、早春红玉为高抗品种,发病率分别为19.67%,18.45%,显著低于其他10个品种;天使,黑美人为高感品种,发病率分别为88.22%,93.33%,显著高于其他10个品种。本研究明确了黑龙江省危害西瓜枯萎病菌的生理小种类型,为这一地区西瓜抗病新品种选育及西瓜生产栽培品种选择提供了依据。Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum endangering the production of watermelon seriously in Heilongjiang Province in recent years was studied in this paper. Eleven isolates from Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.niveum were isolated from fifteen diseased Watermelon in different regions of Heilongjiang, and identified by radicle dip inoculation.Their morphology characteristics were compared, then the specialized form and physiological race from Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveurn were identified .They were classified into the same physiological race 1 which infected watermelon. The resistances of twelve watermelon materials were identified with the isolate from Heilongjiang. The results of the reaction showed that seven of twelve materials belonged to SR, two materials belonged to HR, two materials belonged to S, and one belonged to MR. Results showed that the incidence of watermelon fusarium wilt of high resistant varieties Tianniu and Zaochunhongyu were 19.67% and 18.45%, while the incidence of high susceptible varieties Tianshi and Heimeiren were 88.22% and 93.33% respectively. There were significant differences in both high resistant varieties and susceptible varieties compared with other ten varieties. This study showed clearly that the physiological race which infected watermelon, and provided basis for watermelon resistant variety breeding and selection of production cuhivar in Heilongjiang.
