摘 要:为了更加系统地研究子宫内膜异位症的发病机制,本文利用在基因表达谱数据库(GEO)中寻找到的与子宫内膜异位症相关的两套芯片数据,运用非参数的基于不同数据源的有序基因列表秩积算法及R程序包进行了元分析,并将其与单个芯片t检验分析结果进行了比较,发现与子宫内膜异位症存在显著性相关的两个重要基因THBS1和THBS2及其参与的细胞外基质受体互作通路。In order to more systematically study the pathogenesis of endometriosis, we used two microarray data sets which were both related to endometriosis from the database of GEO in our paper. A novel meta-analysis we used here with the package program of R was designed to perform rank product (RankProd) on lists of genes that are derived from different studies. We also compared the result with the single analysis. Finally, we discovered that there were two significantly related genes named THBSI and THBS2 to the endometriosis with their pathway of extraeellular matrix receptor interaction.
