摘　　要：读者权益的核心内容就是读者的参与、监督和分享。如何使图书馆与读者之间的权益分享的有效机制真正确立,文章就此问题展开探讨并提出自己的观点。The core content of reader＇s profit are their participation and supervision and sharing.The paper discuses and studies the question about establishing proficiency system of profit sharing between library and readers,and then brings forward writer＇s opinion on it.
