摘 要:采用点滴法监测了湖北省4个地区二化螟对三唑磷和氟虫腈的抗药性。结果表明,监测地区水稻二化螟对这两种药剂产生了不同程度的抗性,但各地区之间抗性水平和发展速度存在一定的差异。其中监利种群的抗性水平最高,而且抗性发展速度也比其他地区快,对三唑磷的抗性倍数由12.65上升为27.85倍,对氟虫腈的抗性倍数由8.40上升为12.70倍。During 2007 and 2008, the resistance to triazophos and fipronil in different populations of rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis(Walker), which were collected from four regions in Hubei province, was monitored by topical application technique. The results showed that the field population of rice stem borer had developed obvious resistance to these two insecticides, resistance level and development speed of rice stem borer to insecticides were discrepant among four districts of Hubei province. In Jianli county, the resistance level of rice stem borer to insecticide was higher, and the development speed of resistance was faster than other three regions. The resistance index of triazophos increased from 12,65 to 27.85, and the resistance index of fipronil increased from 8.40 to 12.70.
