摘 要:采集武汉市两个规模猪场的370头份种猪血液和鼻拭子样本,运用ELISA方法对血清样本进行猪伪狂犬病抗体检测,结果两个猪场种猪的伪狂犬病gB抗体平均阳性率分别为77.1%和77.9%,猪伪狂犬病gE抗体平均阳性率分别为2.4%和3.9%;运用PCR方法对种猪鼻拭子样本进行猪伪狂犬病病原检测,结果显示,猪伪狂犬病病毒的阳性率分别为1.2%和5.4%。检测结果对猪场伪狂犬病的控制和净化具有指导意义。370 swine sera and nasal swab samples of breeding groups were collected from two intensive pig faruls in Wuhan. Sera samples of pseudorabies were examined by the method of ELISA for sera samples of breeding groups. The results indicated that the average positive rate of PRVgB antibody was 77.1% and 77.9%, the average positive rate of PRVgE antibody was 2.4% and 3.9%, separately. The pathogeny of pseudorabies was examined by the method of PCR for nasal swabs. The results showed that the average positive rate of PRV was 1.2% and 5.4% respectively. The examination results had momentous significance for PR controling and eliminating of intensive pig farms.
