摘　　要：铝材灯饰零件对镀层光亮度和结合力有着比较高的要求,采用电镀加工方法废品率高。为了同时满足镀层光亮度及结合力的要求,通过对化学镀液配方及光亮剂的研究,得到了一种适合于铝材灯饰要求的化学镀N i-P合金工艺。The excellent brightness and cohesion of the plating layer are needed for aluminium lamp finishing parts. Due to a high ratio of waster, electrochemical plating doesnt satisfy the requirement of brightness and cohesion of the aluminium finishing. An electroless plating Ni-P alloy technology that can meet the condition of brightness and cohesion was obtained by the optimization of electroless plating formula and brightener.
