摘  要:在船舶设备数据处理与分析过程中,根据自整角机信号的数学关系,利用三角函数计算的结果,将0°~360°的范围分成8个区间,并在相应的区间内进行查表以获取其角位移数据,从而实现了自整角机角位移信息的自动测量。针对各区间分区线上三角函数有其特殊状态值的特点,采用逻辑分析法,可以直接获取其角位移数值。该解决方案可实现角位移信号的快速采集,比现有方案精度高、成本低、简单易用。In data processing and analyzing of maritime equipment, in accordance with the mathematical relations among signals of synchro, and by using the result of trigonometric function calculation, the measuring range of 0°-360° is divided into 8 sections. Angular displacement data are obtained by table look-up in corresponding section, automatic measurement of angnlar displacement of synchro is implemented. In the dividing lines between sections, due to special value of the trigonometric functions, by using logical analysis, the angular displacement values can be directly obtained. The method offers fast speed acquisition for the angular displacement signals with high precision, comparing with existing method, it is lower cost, more accurate, and easy to operate.
