摘　　要：近年来,世界竞技体育的发展表明,国外竞技体育的发展绝不仅仅是体育发展过程中的一种量变,它意味着世界体育发展过程中一种质的变化。国外竞技体育正沿着大众化、社会化和商业化的方向发展,发达的国家也形成了一整套与自身国情相符合的竞技体育管理模式和运行机制,对我国竞技体育的发展有很强的借鉴意义和指导价值。In recent years, the development of the world athletic sport shows that the development of the overseas ath letic sport is not only a quantitative change but also a qualitative change in the world sport development. The world ath letic sport develops towards popularization, socialization and commercialization. The developed countries have estab lished an athletic sport management model and operation system suitable for their own situation.
