摘　　要：介绍了砂带磨削的特点、应用及关键技术,论述了砂带磨削技术的发展趋势。砂带磨削作为一种新的加工技术,在国外已得到广泛应用,发展非常迅速。砂带磨削是一种高效率、低成本、多用途的磨削加工新方法,它对于各种材料及形状零件加工的适应性和灵活性远超过常规砂轮磨削工艺。In this article, the belt grinding＇s characteristic, the application and the key technologies are introduced, the development trend of belt grinding technology is elaborated. As a new type of processing technology, the belt grinding has been widely used overseas with rapid development. The belt grinding is one kind of high efficiency, low cost and multipurpose abrasive machining new method. Its compatibility and flexibility surpasses the conventional grinding wheel grinding craft far regarding each material and the shape of the components.
