摘　　要：数控操作一方面要掌握对刀的操作步骤和方法,更要理解对刀的原理,对刀时才能避免不必要的损失。分析了对刀的基本原理,对对刀的技术和方法进行了探究,从空间几何关系和引起对刀错误的原因等方面详细介绍了操作者应该掌握的技术要领。In CNC operation, it＇s important not only to grasp the operation steps and methods for tool setting, but also to understand its principle, so as to avoid unnecessary loss. In this paper, the basic principle of tool setting is analyzed, the craft and method are studied, the technical essences that operators should grasp are introduced in details.
