摘 要:目的:为了研究乳酸杆菌对淋球菌生长的影响。方法:将产生和不产生过氧化氢的乳酸杆菌(LB+和LB-)与过氧化氢酶阳性和阴性淋球菌菌株置于适合两种细菌生长的混合培养液在体外混合培养。结果:在混合培养液pH值维持在7.3时,LB+和LB-几乎对淋球菌的生长无影响,但当混合培养液pH值5.0时,LB+和LB-均能抑制淋球菌的生长,LB+比LB-的抑制作用更显著,而且对过氧化氢酶阴性比阳性淋球菌的抑制作用更明显。结论:认为LB+能通过酸化环境和产生H2O2而抑制淋球菌的生长。Objective:Inorder to study the effect of lactobacilli on neisseria gonorrhea growth.Method:H 2O 2 producing(LB+)and non producing(LB ) lactobacilli were coincubated with catalase positive and negative strains of N.gonorrhea at the medium which supported the viability of both organisms in vitro.Result When the incubation medium was maintained at pH 7.3,either LB+nor LB affected gonococal growth.When coincubation medium was at pH 5.0,both LB+and LB effectively inhibited gonoccal growth.The inhibition of LB+ was significantly stronger than that of LB .Inhibition of gonococal growth of catalase negative was significantly stronger than that of catalase positive strain by LB+.Conclusion:LB+ may inhibit the growth of gonococci by acidofication of the environment and secretion of H 2O 2.
