腋臭切除的两种手术方法疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较真皮下血管网皮瓣法与梭形切除法治疗腋臭的并发症及术后效果。方法真皮下血管网皮瓣法腋臭切除39例(76侧),梭形切除法28例(56侧),随访进行术后并发症和临床疗效评价。结果真皮下血管网皮瓣法较梭形切除法术后血肿、皮瓣血运不良、切口裂开等并发症发生率低,无异味残留。结论真皮下血管网皮瓣法治疗腋臭并发症少,疗效好,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the complication and curative effect after operation on axillary osmidrosis with method of subdermal vascular network skin flap vs method of fusiform excision. Methods 39 patients （76 parts） who underwent radical treatments via the method of subdermal vascular network skin flap, and 28 patients （56 parts） who underwent fusiform excision treatment, and analysed the complication and curative effect after operation. Results Significant differences were found in the hematoma, dermal necrosis, disruption of wound and odor remaining. Conclusion The method of subdermal vascular network skin flap is a simple, safe and complete operative technique of radical treatment of axillary osmidrosis.
