摘 要:采用t-检验法、主成分分析法对蓖麻秆不同植株和不同部位的纤维形态差异,不同部位纤维形态各指标之间的相关性、优劣性和纤维形态各指标的分布特性等进行了研究。结果表明,不同植株、不同部位的纤维形态之间都有显著的差异性,并且不同样品之间存在差异显著性的指标不同,研究蓖麻秆纤维形态时应取多株蓖麻秆的多个部位进行研究。纤维形态各指标之间都有一定的相关性,蓖麻秆穗部的纤维形态最差,在工业化生产时宜将穗部去除。除壁腔比外,纤维形态的其他各指标都呈正态分布。The objective of the paper is to study the fiber configuration differences between the different castor oil plant and the different part of the same plant, the correlations between indexes of fiber configuration, the quality of the fiber configuration in different part of the stalks and the distribution characters of the indexes of the fiber configuration by t-checking method and main-ingredient analysis. The results show that there are significant differences between the fiber configurations of the different plant and the different part of the same plant, but the indexes what have significant differences are different between the different samples. So many stalks and many different parts of the stalks should be considered when the fiber configuration of the stalks being studied. And those indexes of the fiber configuration of the spike are worst and it should be removed when the castor stalks used in industry producing. Besides, there are correlations between every index of the fiber configuration, which are most norm distribution.
