摘　　要：根据独立学院学生的特殊性,从学生思想行为的实际出发,更新观念,提出了"服务为本""自主化"以及"系统化"的学生工作管理理念,以切实提高学生管理工作的有效性,并在学生工作的实践中进行了有益的尝试,取得了较好的成效。In view of the particularity of the students in independent colleges and the reality of their thinking and behavior,this paper updates the idea,proposes the student work management concept of ＂service-oriented＂,＂autonomy＂ and ＂systematization＂ in order to improve the management effectiveness of the student work.The authors have carried on beneficial attempts in the student work and have obtained good results.
