摘  要:结合镇江市某泵站,采用有限元方法对其大型块基型泵房结构进行建模,按照工程结构设计时的各荷载工况,对泵房结构的力学响应进行三维有限元分析。根据泵房的位移、应力的最大值和位置以及典型断面的节点处位移、应力值,对泵房结构的位移、应力情况进行分析,并对该泵站的整体结构设计进行评价。根据后处理结果得到有限元计算的最大拉应力位置和内力值,通过一些典型断面分析产生较大拉应力的位置及其原因。研究成果对今后类似大型块基型泵站的结构设计具有一定的参考价值。Combined with a pump station, which is located in Zhenjiang City, 3D finite element model of the large block-based pumping house structure is set up in this paper, in which the spatial element model is used to simulate the structural characteristics under the loads of each condition. According to the maximum of the displacement and stress and their location, this paper analyzes the stress and displacement conditions of the pumping house substructures. By means of an analysis of the typical nodes in the chosen sections, this paper appraises the whole structural design of the pumping station. In the general postprocessor of ANSYS, the values and locations of the maximal tensile stress can be acquired. Through an analysis of the chosen typical section, the main locations of biggest tensile stress can be obtained, and the reasons causing the tensile stress are analyzed, which can be a reference to the structural reinforced design in the similar type of large-scale block-based pumping stations.
