摘  要:研究了一种具有代表性的磁饱和式可控电抗器,从理论上分析了该种可控电抗器的输出特性,得出了输出电流及其波形畸变率与控制量,即控制绕组所联结晶闸管触发角的非线性函数关系。通过对一小容量工业样机进行详细的仿真研究,得出了更为具体的反映该种磁饱和式可控电抗器输出电流随饱和度变化的响应特性和谐波特性。仿真结果与理论分析相一致,验证了仿真模型的正确性与精确性,并由此表明了该种磁饱和式可控电抗器具有控制性能良好,输出电流谐波分量很低的优点。研究结果对于该类磁饱和式可控电抗器的工程设计与运行分析具有一定的理论指导与实践参考意义。This paper studies a typical magnetic-saturated controllable reactor, and the operational characteristics, which mainly contain controllable characteristics and harmonic characteristics related to output currents, are analyzed in detail. Then, the non-linear function relationship between the output currents and the firing angle of the GTO connected with the controllable winding of the controllable reactor is obtained. By a detailed simulation of a small-capacity industry model machine, this paper obtains the more detailed operational characteristics and the response and harmonic characteristics. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, which verifies the correctness and accuracy of the established simulation model. This kind of controllable reactors have good operational characteristics, that is, its controllable performance is good and the distortion factor of its output currents is low. The research results of this paper have a certain theoretical and practical significance for the engineering design and operational analysis of the magnetic-saturated controllable reactor.
